Company Operations Manager / Office Staff Manager
A small real estate company is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Company Operations Manager / Office Staff Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry (or a similar industry) and be highly efficient in managing systems, office operations, and employee requirements. This role will work closely with the company’s Business Development Manager to help drive growth and take the business to greater heights.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in the real estate industry or a similar field
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to manage office systems, procedures, and staff effectively
* Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
* Respectful and professional approach with clients and future clients
* Current Real Estate Licence required
* Reliable and punctual at all times
* Must reside within the greater Rockhampton district
