What you'll be doing
You'll be the face of the development in market — building relationships, generating demand, and converting interest into meaningful outcomes.
* Drive local area marketing and business development initiatives
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from enquiry to settlement
* Host tours, events, and customer experiences that stand out
* Confidently negotiate and close high-value property sales
* Deliver on ambitious sales and settlement targets
* Partner with internal teams to create a seamless customer journey
* Bring fresh ideas to attract and convert new residents
What you'll bring
You're commercially sharp, but people-focused. You know how to build trust, guide decisions, and close with confidence.
* Proven success in sales, property, or business development
* Strong track record of achieving (and exceeding) targets
* Confident communicator, presenter, and negotiator
* Highly relationship-driven with a customer-first mindset
* Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
* Driver's licence + flexibility for occasional weekend work
