About The Opportunity
This full-time, in-office position presents a unique opportunity for a driven and client-focused transport professional to contribute to a thriving organisation. As a key liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams, you will deliver high-quality service and operational coordination across multiple platforms.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to enquiries from customers and logistics partners via phone and email
* Coordinating communications between internal teams and external stakeholders
* Resolving delivery issues with speed and a proactive, solution-focused approach
* Maintaining and updating delivery records using Excel and Google Sheets
* Preparing accurate freight quotes and pricing documentation
* Overseeing delivery tracking and status follow-ups
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Previous experience in the transport industry (preferred but not essential)
* Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets
* A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction
