What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage buyer & vendor relationships
* Conduct open homes & assist at auctions
* Prospect for new listings & support market appraisals
* Handle warm & cold calls
* Buyer call‑backs & database nurturing
* Assist the Director with day‑to‑day sales activities
* Work Monday–Saturday with one rostered day off during the week
What We’re Looking For
We want someone humble, driven, and ready to take their sales career to new heights.
* Experience in Real Estate Sales or Leasing
* Strong communication skills & polished presentation
* Current Certificate of Registration + reliable car
* High energy, coachable, and motivated
* A positive, humble attitude and a genuine passion for real estate
