At Soul Origin, Bendigo, we're seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join us! We have 2 positions available for Baristas, Kitchen Hands and Customer Service Superstars!
BARISTAS:
Do you have a passion for coffee? Thrive in a fast-paced environment? And love engaging with customers? Then this role is for you! As a Soul Origin Barista, you'll have access to the highest quality Specialty Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages. To be successful in this role you'll have:
* A minimum of 6 months Barista experience
* Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
* A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers
* Ability to work as a team – when you're not making delicious coffee, you'll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups
* An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Do you love making others smile? Are you outgoing and confident? Will you wear the Soul Origin uniform with pride? Then this is the role is for you! To be successful you'll have:
* An approachable demeanour and good communication skills
* Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
* Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
* An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
* A flexible approach to work – at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers! You'll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items
* Preferred: A minimum of 6 months fast food or restaurant experience
