The position will involve working in various sections and completing duties such as making up of food Supervision of food preparation, Coordination of food production activities by liaising closely with the Executive Chef and Assembly Manager and Food Production Supervisors.

Supervision of production activities to ensure delivery of products and services are according to customer specification and expectation.

About you:
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Cert III and or IV in Commercial Cookery advantageous
Previous supervisory experience
Great attention to detail
Proven experience in the Food manufacturing environment
Reliable form of transport
Available on both day or afternoon shift 7 days a week
Knowledge of WHS and hygiene
Impeccable presentation and grooming
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience with applying lean manufacturing techniques system preferred
