Business Development Representative – Wagga Wagga (Full‐time, Permanent)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Wagga Wagga on a full‐time, permanent basis. In this role, you will drive profitable sales growth across your territory by managing key customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across FMCG and foodservice categories.
In this Role
- Deliver targeted new business revenue and margin outcomes
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Execute structured call cycles and maintain strong customer coverage
- Promote and communicate promotional programs effectively
- Review and manage contract pricing to maximise value
- Identify and action new business and growth opportunities
- Use sales data and reporting to improve performance and planning
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers
What are we looking for?
- Proven sales experience within Foodservice or FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
- Strong organisational and planning capability
- Ability to analyse and interpret sales data
- Results‐driven with a proactive approach
- Understanding of FMCG or foodservice industry
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow
