Overview

Responsibilities
* To service and support existing customers and develop new ones to achieve: Drive budgeted turnover and sales contributions. Communicate national product ranging, pricing, and promotional initiatives. Ensure compliance with Sika Australia's sales, pricing, and expense policies. Identify new business opportunities in defined industry markets (Transportation, Aftermarket, Manufacturing, etc.). Provide technical and sales services to existing customers. Maintain and expand the customer base through product specifications and demonstrations. Report market information and customer feedback to the Sales Manager. Prepare project proposals with the Sales Manager. Participate in internal and external training as needed. Ensure compliance with Sika's Quality Policy (ISO 9002) and relevant laws. Provide after-sales service and technical advice based on current data sheets. Report verbal agreements and significant changes to relevant team members.
Qualifications
* University degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (preferred), OR has 3+ years of experience in the Industrial Market sector.
* Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable liaising with all levels of decision-makers.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative and autonomy.
* Team player with a strong aptitude for marketing and sales.
