About The Role
As the Compliance Risk Analyst you will provide structured governance, reporting and PMO support across Group Risk business-as-usual (BAU) activities and supporting CMS workstream PMO activities within the Regulatory Compliance Uplift Program (RCUP).
This is a 6 month fixed term contract position based in our Docklands office with hybrid working of 3 days in the office.
* Prepare agendas, committee packs, and accurate minutes for Risk and Steering Committees.
* Maintain action trackers, RAID logs, and planning tools (e.g. Monday.com).
* Support Steering Committee reporting and monthly updates for senior leadership.
* Coordinate CMS workstreams, including meetings and stakeholder engagement.
* Track program milestones, reporting cadence, and delivery progress.
* Ensure governance artefacts and documentation are accurate, version-controlled, and centrally maintained.
About You
* Experience supporting governance forums and senior leadership committees.
* Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated environments and navigate matrix structures (risk/compliance experience desirable).
* Proven ability to manage trackers, action registers, and reporting artefacts.
* Familiarity with tools like Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
