Offer description

We are looking for a highly organised, accountable, and proactive Client & Sales Administrator to join our growing team based in the Adelaide Hills.

This is a key role within our business, supporting both our sales team and clients to ensure a smooth, professional experience from first enquiry through to installation.

You will be responsible for managing client communication, supporting the sales process, and ensuring jobs move efficiently through our system.

Your day-to-day will include:

* Managing incoming enquiries (phone, email, social media)
* Booking consultations and scheduling appointments
* Supporting the sales team with quotes and follow-ups
* Liaising with customers to provide updates and resolve queries
* Maintaining accurate records across systems (including Xero and CRM platforms)
* General administrative support across the business

You'll be:

* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Confident and professional on the phone
* A strong communicator who enjoys dealing with people
* Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
* Able to work independently and solve problems
* Comfortable working within a fast-paced, growing busines
Skills & Experience
* Experience with Xero or similar systems
* Previous admin / customer service / scheduling experience preferred
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Requirements
* Current driver's licence
* Reliable vehicle (required for commuting and occasional errands)

Important
