We are looking for passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (and Qualified Educators) that have a passion for collaborative leadership.
Some duties and responsibilities:
· Creating and maintaining a fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
· Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with children, families, carers and staff.
· Ensuring all the centre's programming is satisfactory.
· Mentoring and developing staff throughout programming aspects.
· Ensuring compliance with policies, processes and practices.
· Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development
· Provide physical care, assisting children in daily routines and meal times (Duty of Care).
· Ability to sign on as centre Responsible Person when required.
The successful candidate will have:
· A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Working Towards (must hold a Diploma in Early Education)
· Confidence and leadership ability.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience in programming using EYLF.
· Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care.
· A strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.
· Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
· The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
This is a full-time position with a rotating roster.
