Job Description
* Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of Windows computer systems and servers.
* Install, upgrade, and manage software and hardware.
* Resolve technical issues and provide training and mentorship to team members.
* Ensure the safety and security of the company's data and backups.
* Manage user accounts and assist in onboarding new users.
* Analyse system performance and make recommendations for improvements, with the expectation to execute these improvements.
* Develop and maintain disaster recovery protocols.
The Successful Applicant
* Advanced understanding of computer systems and networks.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong understanding of data protection and recovery.
* Experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Full work rights in Australia.
