As the Kwinana Adventure Park Caretaker, you will be responsible for undertaking all maintenance and upkeep requirements of the Kwinana Adventure Park facility and City Centre Precinct, ensuring optimal customer service standards for all patrons, hirer groups and contractors visiting the Kwinana Adventure Park.What You'll NeedExperienced in the secure operation of machinery.Working knowledge in the maintenance of a similar facility.Highly developed customer service, verbal and written communication and reporting skills.Highly developed general maintenance skills and be physically capable to undertake the work, manual handling, use of tools and equipment.Ability to work on rostered weekends.Current Provide First Aid Certificate.
Current Police Clearance MR Class Driver's Licence.Possess or desire to attain (to be undertaken on commencement) certifications in horticulture, turf, or playground maintenance; Chemical Handling Training; Group 4 aquatic facility technical operations training.Safety Awareness Training – White Card Basic Worksite Traffic Management Certificate (to be undertaken on commencement).
