As part of the QBE team, you’ll get to spend every day working with people who are passionate, talented and kind.**Your new role**As Head of Farm, you will be responsible for designing, leading and executing the Farm product and underwriting strategy across the value chain. You will balance deep technical underwriting leadership with portfolio‐level decision making, ensuring disciplined risk selection, strong pricing outcomes and long‐term portfolio performance.* Set and deliver the Farm product and underwriting strategy, aligned to QBE’s SME growth ambitions and risk appetite* Own Farm portfolio performance and P&L, driving sustainable profitability through disciplined underwriting, pricing and portfolio optimisation* Lead underwriting execution across new and renewal business, applying strong technical judgement, delegated authorities and robust risk controls* Monitor underwriting outcomes and portfolio trends, using data‐led insights to drive corrective action and improve margin, mix and profitability* Lead and enable teams of underwriters and technical specialists to support both strategic portfolio management and consistent execution* Build strong broker relationships and a high‐performance underwriting culture, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, governance and underwriting standards**About you**You are a commercially minded underwriting leader who thrives at the intersection of risk, technology and transformation.
