Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
1. Proactively identify and establish new business and referral opportunities, utilizing networks of BFS customers within Roma, Goondiwindi, Dalby, and referral partners to meet income targets.
2. Implement specific local competitive sales/income campaigns and initiatives to promote tailored bank products and services to small business owners in the region.
3. Prepare and submit business lending proposals outside your authority with full justification for recommendations, including industry and business information analysis.
4. Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, maintaining compliance standards in accordance with regulatory frameworks.
