Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organisation. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and HODs to clarify hiring needs, prepare job descriptions, launch roles quickly, and run structured 15-minute Zoom screens to assess fit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment Preparation & Coordination: Clarify hiring needs, prepare job descriptions, launch roles quickly, and maintain proactive communication with all candidates.
* Job Advertising: Develop compelling job ads, ensure messaging and branding consistency, and post and optimise ads across multiple platforms.
* Screening & Candidate Management: Review applications, build shortlist pipelines, run structured Zoom screens, and maintain timely communication with candidates.
