Our people enable us to make a difference and deliver exceptional experiences to help our customers achieve financial freedom.Your TeamThe Supplier Governance Team is part of CFS's Procurement and Supplier Governance Team within the broader Finance and Fund Services (F&FS) division.The Manager, Supplier Governance, is responsible for onboarding and offboarding suppliers, managing supplier information, and ensuring compliance with CFS's Procurement and Outsourcing Policy and Standards. The role involves monitoring critical suppliers to meet regulatory obligations, internal risk management, contractual commitments, and service performance standards. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Supplier Governance, and collaborates with a team of 13 procurement professionals.Your ResponsibilitiesLead risk assessments and mitigation strategies for new and existing suppliers, ensuring timely issue escalation and resolution.Provide SME guidance to stakeholders and oversee compliance and performance reporting of Material Service Providers.Monitor supplier compliance, produce reports, and support decision-making with accurate data and insights.Participate in governance meetings to ensure supplier obligations meet regulatory requirements.Drive continuous improvement in supplier governance and service level management.Stay updated on regulatory trends and contribute to the evolution of the third-party risk management program.Your Capabilities and ExperienceExperience managing end-to-end third-party or supplier lifecycle processes, including risk assessment and management.Proficiency in reporting and analyzing supplier performance.Risk-aware mindset to proactively identify and address current and future risks.Experience in large, complex corporate environments dealing with organizational structures and processes.Knowledge of CPS 230 / SPS 231 and management of outsourced third parties.What to ExpectAt CFS, you'll work among the best in wealth management, in an environment that encourages development and celebrates success.
