The role of People & Culture Professional exists within a dynamic organization dedicated to fostering excellence in all areas. Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, this individual will oversee comprehensive HR support across the organization and lead the P&C function strategically and operationally.
Job Description:
* This newly created, full-time permanent position is based in Launceston, with flexibility for candidates located in Hobart.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, the People & Culture Professional will provide HR expertise to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and promote a high-performing organizational culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current degree or diploma in Human Resources
* Full driver's license and ability to travel weekly between locations
* Experience in private sector businesses with commercial mindset
