An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and people-focused operator to join our dynamic Place Woolloongabba team! As our Receptionist & Sales Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our office, creating standout first impressions while gaining hands‐on exposure across sales, marketing and day‐to‐day real estate operations. You will also work closely with our Lead Agents to provide administrative support where required.
What does a day in the life of a Receptionist & Sales Administrator look like?
* Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, clients & colleagues.
* Receiving & delegating incoming calls with knowledge and confidence.
* Managing and maintaining meeting‐room bookings, calendar and cleanliness/upkeep.
* Preparing Form 6s, contracts and marketing materials, including processing such documents.
* Providing support to our sales and property‐management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity.
* Contributing to the role with new ideas and identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum of 1 year working in an administrative/reception position.
* 12 months' experience working in the residential real‐estate industry is desirable.
* Strong time‐management skills and attention to detail.
* Positive, "how can I help" attitude with the ability to be adaptable to change.
* Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
