As a key member of our SAP Solutions Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering streamlined and user-friendly system experiences for employees across the organisation. Your expertise in payroll and time management processes will enable you to collaborate closely with colleagues from various teams to support and enhance these processes.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for championing employee technology to drive maximum productivity and establishing a culture of continuous improvement and curiosity. You will work closely with the People and IM&T teams to ensure that solutions are delivered with high levels of quality, performance, and security. Effective partnering strategies and communication will be essential in this role, as you represent the IT function across the organisation.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Support Analyst who possesses strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures, as well as broader HR business practices. Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working as an SAP Payroll Support Analyst.
* Demonstrated sound knowledge of payroll processes and procedures, as well as broader HR business practices.
* Extensive experience in configuring SAP ECC6 to support payroll and leave calculations.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to contribute to a diverse and challenging program of work.
