We're a second generation, mid scale food manufacturer, producing delicious products under both our own Springhill Farm brand, and for leading snack food brands across Australia. We operate out of a purpose built AA grade BRC facility in Ballarat, and have a team of over 100 snack makers on site.
About The Role
We're excited to introduce a newly created Key Account and Product Manager role, established to support the continued growth of our business and the expansion of our product and customer portfolio.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role strengthens our end‐to‐end product development capability while providing dedicated, high‐quality account management to our contract customers. As our range, partnerships and NPD pipeline continue to grow, this role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly, efficiently and to a high standard.
You'll lead and co‐ordinate new and existing product development projects across both the Springhill Farm brand and our contract customers, guiding projects from concept to launch through an agile, robust stage‐gate process. Working closely across the prduct development, operations and quality teams, you'll bring clarity, structure and momentum to the product pipeline.
In parallel, you'll act as the trusted point of contact for our contract customers, building strong relationships and serving as the key communication bridge between external partners and internal teams.

About you
You're an organised, detail‐driven project manager who enjoys working across teams and building strong relationships. You're comfortable juggling multiple projects and thrive in a fast‐moving environment.
You'll bring:
* 3–5 years' experience in FMCG, product, project or account management
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or Food Science
* Experience with stage‐gate processes and NPD commercialisation
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Clear, confident communication across technical and non‐technical teams
* High attention to detail with a proactive, can‐do approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and project management tools
