About the role:
The Account Manager is the client’s key point of contact, responsible for managing ongoing relationships and ensuring the successful implementation, adoption, and expansion of the company’s SaaS platform. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams — product, delivery, and engineering — to deliver value and drive account growth globally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for key client accounts.
- Manage full post-sales lifecycle, from onboarding and product deployment through ongoing account growth.
- Develop and execute project plans and manage timelines for implementation.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, utilizing BI tools to demonstrate platform impact.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams based at HQ.
- Act as a consultant to your clients, sharing best practices and strategic insights.
- Identify and present upsell opportunities to grow account value.
Requirements:
- MUST : Minimum 4 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related client-facing role.
- MUST : Background in a tech B2B/SaaS environment.
- Robust technical fluency — ability to understand SaaS products and troubleshoot with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, including onboarding and business reviews.
- Nice to have : Experience in video content, media streaming, or social media.
