In this leadership role, you will be an internal technical master at the line level, responsible for ensuring the line team performs at a level that sustains and improves business results on one or more of our six stars model. You will model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check-adjust cycle, and provide coaching and training for your team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.
* Use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development.
* Ensure safety processes are observed, quality assurance activities are performed, and resources are properly allocated during shifts.
* Lead shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.

This is a permanent full-time position based at the Cadbury Factory in Claremont Tasmania, within our Flake & Twirl Department. You must be prepared to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating roster subject to change, with varying day and night shifts to support 24-hour operational requirements. Working rights in Australia are a requirement for consideration.
