We design and deliver intelligent, energy‐efficient homes through an integrated ecosystem spanning solar, energy storage, heat‐pump hot water, air conditioning, ventilation, and appliances. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager based in Perth to build and accelerate Haier's growth across Western Australia, driving sustained, profitable growth through strong B2B relationships with specialist dealers, resellers and builders.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Western Australia market.
* Build and nurture long‐term relationships with key business partners.
* Drive product specification and sales through solution‐based selling.
* Identify new market opportunities and convert them into revenue.
* Represent a global brand with professionalism, integrity, and credibility.
Qualifications
* Proven business development or sales experience in a B2B environment.
* Strong relationship‐building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to clearly articulate a differentiated value proposition.
* Commercial mindset—thinking like an owner and being accountable for outcomes.
* Strategic discipline in engaging the right stakeholders with the right information.
* Experience within the building and construction industry is highly regarded but not essential.
