We are seeking skilled professionals for a 2:1 roster role in our paint shop at Olympic Dam.
Job Overview
This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to lead to a permanent position. You will work on one of the biggest mining sites in Australia and enjoy benefits including accommodation, meal allowance, and superannuation on all hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote workplace safety and adhere to relevant regulations
* Maintain a high level of competence in abrasive blasting and painting techniques
* Operate conventional and airless spray equipment efficiently
* Pass VOC and spray tests as required by DFTs
* Perform physically demanding duties and complete ad hoc tasks assigned by the site supervisor
Qualifications and Skills Required
* Australian working rights with no restrictions
* White Card
* Driver's Licence
* Confined Space Ticket (within 5 years)
* Working at Heights Ticket (within 5 years)
* Ability to pass police checks, drug and alcohol, and medical assessments
