Client and You: You’ll be working with an engineering and manufacturing business supporting specialised mechanical equipment across industrial environments, with a strong focus on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This role would suit someone from a Project Management or Project Coordinator background who enjoys a fast-paced environment and likes being close to the action, supporting the repair, movement, and turnaround of technical equipment and components. It’s a hands-on coordination role, ideal for someone who has worked around hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical equipment and is confident managing the flow of jobs across customers, suppliers, procurement, and workshop teams. Keep customers and suppliers updated on repair status, pricing, and turnaround times. Prepare quotes, invoices, and job-related paperwork using SAP Pick parts and prepare job kits for the workshop team. Work closely with procurement and workshop staff to keep jobs progressing on time. Arrange incoming and outgoing freight, dispatch, and transport logistics. Support goods receipting, QA checks, and stock/inventory control.
