We are seeking an experienced Warhouse Manager to lead and drive logistic activities.
**Position Overview**:
- Use best practices in Reception, Stores, Operation line replenishment,Packaging & shipment, IT tools for Warehouse
- Comply with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Develop Logistic performance through the improvement of warehouse processes, competencies and coordination with local operations
- Manage inventory accuracy in all warehouse
- Measure and challenge the performance of the Logistic activities
- Continually improve the performance of the Warehouses & Operation delivery through the appropriate use of methodologies (APSYS)
- Develop annual budgets (Resources) and appropriate organizational structure that support the Logistic activities
**To be successful for this role you must be able to demonstrate**:
- Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of incidents / non-conformances related to Health & Safety,
- Identify and record problems relating to Health & Safety,
- Recommend or provide solutions to Health & Safety issues,
- Act to prevent repetition of incidents / non-conformances related to Safety
- Be involved in the development of continual improvement strategies for Health & Safety.
- Implement the company health and safety policy in their area
- Comply with all environmental legislation with a view to reducing negative environmental impacts.
- Ensure that all spillages are dealt with in accordance with the Spill Control Procedure.
- Manage all waste materials in accordance with applicable legislation.
