Adore Beauty is proud to have an established store in Broadway NSW, and we're continuing to grow our incredible retail team to support its ongoing success.
As part of our expanding retail network, the Broadway store delivers an engaging and elevated shopping experience, where customers can explore, learn, and connect with our expert team.
We're looking for passionate, customer-focused team members who are excited to contribute to a standout in-store experience and bring the Adore Beauty brand to life every day.
The Role
If you have a strong understanding of skincare and beauty, love connecting with customers, and enjoy helping others feel confident in their routine, this could be your perfect fit. We're looking for casual team members who thrive on delivering personalised service and making every customer interaction count.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
* Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised, and inviting
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends
* Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets
* Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks
* Participate in promotional activities and assist with in-store events
* Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
What We Are Looking For
* At least 2 years of retail experience (ideally in beauty, skincare or cosmetics)
* Experience as a beauty therapist, hairdresser, or makeup artist will be highly regarded.
* A strong understanding of beauty products and a keen interest in skincare trends
* A natural ability to connect with customers and create a great shopping experience
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Someone who stays calm and focused in a fast-paced setting
* Strong multitasking and time management skills
* A confident, positive, and solution-focused approach
