Are you a product support technician / advisor looking for a new challenge and development in asset management?
We are currently seeking a Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our EPC team working across multiple sites in Regional WA and Perth.
Responsible for
Diagnose, fault find, repair and service all aspects of equipment on customer sites
Provide high level technical support and training to customers
Produce defect elimination programs and conduct root cause analysis
Work with customer maintenance planning to generate forecasts, task lists and maintenance instructions.
Facilitate and complete all product upgrades as required and control the onsite
Work with the customer maintenance team on generating, implementing and updating Preventative Maintenance Plans and implement component life extension programs
Work with the customer and Epiroc Engineering Team to develop product upgrades to improve availability and reliability of the fleet
Develop continuous improvement programs to reduce costs
Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ requirements
Build long term, sustainable relationships with customers
Requirements
Customer facing field experience
Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or Hydraulic trade qualifications
Experience using and sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical Schematics
Experience in diagnostic repairs of mining and construction equipment including hydraulics, and low voltage electrical systems
Extensive industry experience
Willingness to undertake travel to multiple sites across various locations
