Offer description

**Permanent, full-time position**
- **Remuneration circa $60k to $75k + super, according to experience**
- **Onsite carparking**
- **Not-for-profit salary packaging**

Our client, Burgmann College, ANU is a not-for-profit residential community affiliated with the Australian National University, which provides academic support, pastoral care, student supervision and collaboration with student bodies, with a strong emphasis on providing students with freedom and growth alongside responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with other members of the Advancement Office team to manage a range of projects
- Assist in maintaining and updating alumni, friend and family data
- Assist the Director in arranging meetings with alumni and donors, providing administrative support in coordination, briefing, and note taking when necessary
- Prepare a range of reports
- Liaise with residents, colleagues and alumni
- Schedule meetings and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Work with the Reception team to extract and import yearly data
- Coordinate annual events from planning to execution
- Attend and assist at after-hours functions from time to time

**The skills and experience we are seeking (selection criteria)**:

- A demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate projects concurrently, maintaining attention to detail, setting milestones and supporting stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to a standard of excellence
- Experience and skill working with data and databases to generate reports, support operational requirements, and ensure systematic improvements are achieved and routine maintenance is completed on a regular basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, alumni, consultants and the general public
- High ethical standards and a commitment to best practice in alumni relations, fundraising and communications
- Experience in alumni relations and/or fundraising, or working or living in residential college environment is desirable but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
