Responsibilities
Disptaching/outwards goods and overseeing scheduling collections to ensure prompt dispatch of goods via various freight methods;
Picking, packing, goods management and general warehousing duties;
Support all facets of branch operations in collaboration with the team;
Processing of customer orders, understanding and identifying products to meet their needs;
Delivering customer service to high standards, ensuring that customer issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.
About you
Experience within a warehouse or stores environment;
Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills;
Demonstrated tenure in previous positions;
Motivated and goal oriented;
A creative, customer and team focused personality;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Current Driver's License;
A current, valid forklift license would be desirable, but not necessary.
