About the Role
This position involves assisting with various vineyard maintenance tasks such as pruning, planting and pest control.
Main Responsibilities
* Pruning and Training: Assist in pruning and training of grapevines to ensure optimal growth and productivity.
* Soil Health: Participate in soil health assessments and contribute to maintaining a healthy soil environment through planting and nutrient management.
* Pest and Disease Management: Collaborate with the team to identify and manage pests and diseases affecting the vineyard.
Requirements
* Prior Experience: Previous experience working in a vineyard environment is essential for this role.
* Necessary Approvals: Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained prior to commencing work.
* Criminal History Check: A standard National Police Check will be required.
* Licenses and Permissions: Must hold the necessary licenses and permissions to work in Australia.
