Bella Build and Design are a leading commercial builder specialising in the construction of Fast Food, Fuel & Childcare projects. We are currently seeking an efficient, friendly and proactive Office/Site Administrator to join our team on a Temporary 6-month contract. This is a maternity leave cover contract and may be extended.
Responsibilities may include (but not limited to):
* Oversee general office operations
* Organise and maintain the company Site Safety management system sitebooks including Training of staff, reports to management of onsite staff and subcontractor adherence to site safety requirements
* Oversee company IT support.
* Organise and schedule meetings, manage the boardroom meetings with staff, Clients and suppliers.
General office administration:
* Organise and schedule maintenance for office equipment and vehicles.
* HR administration of sensitive documents.
* Prepare documents, filing and archiving as required
* Maintain and streamline office policies and procedures
The ideal applicant will have:
* Previous experience as an office/site and administrative assistant.
* Certificate in Business Administration.
* Building industry experience in commercial construction is preferred but not essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite including SharePoint
* Experience with Sitebooks preferred but not essential.
* Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and use initiative
* Excellent communication skills, collaboration and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise time and adapt to last minute tasks
