Dispute Resolution Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team as a key member of our organization. You will play a crucial role in resolving disputes related to personal injury claims.
About the Role:
* Review and provide a strategy on how to best resolve disputes without the need for a conciliation conference.
* Engage with employers, the Workplace Injury Commission (WIC), and employee representatives to facilitate early resolution of disputes.
* Ensure tasks are completed and systems updated within set timeframes.
* Provide superior customer service levels to all parties and identify solutions to resolve disputes that meet our business objectives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Technical Manager, Eligibility Specialist, or Senior Case Manager.
* Experience in the workers compensation scheme, particularly Case Management, Eligibility, and/or Technical Management.
* Strong working knowledge of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.
* Strong organisational, stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
