As a Dermal / Senior Beauty Therapist at Amavi Beauty Lounge, you will deliver personalised, results-driven treatments while building long-term client relationships in a calm, premium environment.
This role is suited to an experienced therapist who values quality over speed, enjoys working with loyal clients, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, high-standard care.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth skin consultations and create tailored treatment plans
* Deliver advanced skin treatments including microneedling and chemical peels
* Perform high-end facials, body treatments, massage, waxing, and nail services
* Educate clients on skin health, home care, and long-term treatment pathways
* Build strong, trust-based client relationships that encourage rebooking
* Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
* Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and professional standards
* Contribute positively to a respectful, supportive, and collaborative team culture
This is not a high-volume or rushed salon environment. Appointments are structured to allow time for consultation, education, and quality treatment delivery.
About You
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior or advanced beauty therapy role
* Strong interest in skin health, results, and continuous learning
* Professional presentation with warm, confident communication skills
* Values teamwork, accountability, and high standards of care
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience with Dermaviduals and/or O Cosmedics
* Confidence speaking on camera for educational or social content
* Cosmetic tattooing or eyebrow service experience
