This role is essential in ensuring the seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems while maintaining the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, Service & Repairs: Install, service, and repair domestic and light commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Diagnose faults, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure efficient system performance.
* Customer Communication & Service Excellence: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear communication on system issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations.
* Technical Support & Coordination: Collaborate with the Airconditioning Manager and Service Coordinator to ensure timely job scheduling, efficient service delivery, and quality control. Assist in the training of apprentices and junior technicians.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Trade qualification as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician or Electricians with a split ticket (UEE20120 Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems).
* Current Refrigerant Handling Licence.
* Restricted Electrical Licence
* White Card (Construction Industry Induction) preferred.
* Valid driver’s licence.
Experience:
* 2+ years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning service and repairs.
* Experience in domestic installation
Skills:
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
