As an Administrative Officer at Jewel Australia Support Services, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing NDIS organisation. This is a flexible off-site role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working within structured systems and processes.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* General administrative support across the Operations and Coordination teams
* Assisting with participant onboarding and intake documentation
* Preparing and maintaining compliance records, registers and internal documents
* Updating staff and participant information within internal systems (e.g. Employment Hero, ShiftCare and internal trackers)
* Supporting mandatory compliance processes and documentation management
* Assisting with scheduling-related administration and general office coordination tasks
* Maintaining accurate digital filing and record-keeping in line with NDIS Practice Standards
* Assisting with audits, reporting preparation and operational administration as required
* Communicating professionally with team members, participants and stakeholders when needed
Due to the remote nature of this role and the handling of confidential information, a high level of reliability, professionalism and integrity is essential.
This role will commence on a casual basis, with the opportunity to grow into a part-time position for the right person as the organisation continues to expand. You will be joining a welcoming, vibrant and supportive team environment that values collaboration, growth and positive workplace culture.
