The Role
Electoral Commission of South Australia is seeking a Project Officer to contribute to the development and delivery of projects and initiatives that meet strategic and business needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project research activities, stakeholder consultation, project planning and design, project delivery and closure while monitoring and reporting on project status.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficient and comprehensive day-to-day coordination of project activities.
* Contributing to the research and analysis of information on matters pertaining to assigned projects.
* Supporting the preparation and development of project plans, briefing papers, project documentation, project evaluations and closure reports.
* Contributing to the identification, assessment and management of project risks in accordance with Electoral Commission's risk management framework.
* Contributing to timely reporting on projects, emerging issues and risks.
* Monitoring and raising awareness of trends, issues and opportunities to meet current and future project needs.
Special Conditions
* Temporary term basis.
* Strict neutrality of the commission must be maintained.
* Criminal history check satisfactory employment.
* Extensive out of normal working hours duty may be required.
* Intrastate travel may be required.
Remuneration
* ASO5 – $85,790 to $95,413 per annum.
