The Role:
As our Administration/ Property Management Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, tenants and visitors. Your role is essential in creating a warm, professional atmosphere while supporting our sales and property management teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and greeting clients with a friendly, helpful manner
* Managing emails and general office correspondence
* Co-ordinating appointments and maintaining front office presentation
* Supporting agents and property managers with administrative duties
* Handling keys, mail, deliveries, and general enquiries
* Have high attention to detail and strong computer skills
* Assist team members with administration work
* Corporate presentation
* Attend all training and meetings as required
* Be proactive, punctual and reliable
About You
* Good standard of communication with attention to detail.
* Good numerical skills.
* Proficient computer software skills.
* High standard of presentation.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Can apply tenancy legislation under direction.
* Valid Driver Licence
* Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
