What is the CPA Allied Health Graduate Program As a Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, CPA will provide you with opportunities to build a strong, long-term career. Cerebral Palsy is the most common physical disability among children, and at CPA you will be able to have a genuine impact on your clients lives and become an expert in complex disability. You will be supported by a ne two rk of highly experienced clinicians and gain exposure to a team of world-class innovators and leaders, including direct access to the latest gold standard research from the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Institute. We don’t just invest in your skills, but provide access to an alliance of great minds across CPA, who will help make your journey rewarding and purposeful. Our Graduate program includes: A permanent full time employment offer, commencing with our Allied Health G raduate P rogram Opportunity to j oin a multidisciplinary team and h ave access to a ne two rk of over 160 therapists for a more wholistic therapy approach Up to $20k training investment in your first year for a personalised learning journey, with regular 1:1 clinical supervision and operational support What makes us unique?
