This role will report to Head of FCCS and will be responsible for day-to-day onshore Collection Operations, including Mortgage & Hardship Portfolios. Own and drive C+R Strategy successful deployment for both onshore and offshore Collections and Recovery operations. Manage the relationship with Legal & Recovery External Suppliers. Owning TPEM and driving DCA Performance. Sponsor and lead the Collections Digital Agenda. Own and drive the Collections Customer engagement delivery. Wealth and Personal Banking Collections bank representative for Regulatory & Banking Industry related engagements.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for smooth running of the day-to-day Collection operations through a strong global functional operating model
- Ensure Credit Delinquency is managed through Collections in line with Collections Strategy and Policy
- Ensure DCA relationships are managed to the Vendor Risk management principles and data is utilised effectively
- Managing Operational Risk across all sub functions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated business knowledge, ideally experience of leading a complex business unit with accountability for a P&L and ability to to lead large operations
- Practical experience of business transformation with some project management experience or exposure
- To have held a people leadership position, ideally within an operations environment
- Ideally to have both front and back office experience within a global banking environment
- Ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively
- Experience of managing within a complex matrix environment
