Financial Planning Assistant
**The opportunity**
As a Financial Planning Assistant with Shadforth on a 12 month fixed-term contract, you'll be responsible for preparing information, meeting packs, updating records and facilitating the implementation of financial advice that our advisors recommend to our clients. This role also looks after managing, scheduling and confirming client meetings, preparing and reviewing documents and providing support to clients while answering day to day queries.
As you grow into the role, we'd love you to share any thoughts and ideas around creating efficiencies within the team as you build and maintain a solid understanding of products and process across Shadforth and Insignia Financial, including the use of Xplan. It's a great entry level administration role into the dynamic world of Financial Advice with career development opportunities for those who have a desire to propel their career.
It would be great if you have experience in a similar role, or maybe you're studying Financial Advice and looking for that first step in your career ladder. Perhaps you've got a strong background of administration and a passion for providing a high level of genuine customer service where you always go above and beyond. Throughout your career, you've developed great attention to detail, an ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and your written and verbal communication skills are second to none.
A people person who is always on top of their game, you're adaptable, dependable and resilient. Being a quick learner with a hunger for knowledge and a passion for growing and developing your career, you easily build effective relationships with everyone you interact with and take pride in all that you do.
