Responsibilities
* Customer Advocate – Develops and oversees the execution of account plans to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
* Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
* Orchestrates a full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to focus on delivering customer outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle, building deep trust.
* Industry Relevant Trusted Seller – Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business and industry priorities to drive new business opportunities and growth.
* Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring their requests and needs are addressed.
* Deliver Sales Excellence – Leads and orchestrates extended virtual teams across solution areas to achieve growth in revenue and market share.
* Industry Knowledge – Maintains a strong knowledge of customers’ industry, business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions, gaining insights through direct engagement.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a relevant industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, or Education), digital transformation, consulting, or technology OR a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
* Account management experience, including developing and executing account plans.
* Experience leading or orchestrating diverse virtual teams.
* Proven experience as a trusted advisor to executive-level decision makers.
