**What can you expect?**
This Client Services Associate role is responsible for managing a portfolio of Group Life Clients, in regards to claims and underwriting case management, including general employee policy enquiries within Mercer Marsh Benefits. The key to this role is to provide market leading service and policy management in a manner that promotes enhanced value through a holistic client management focus.

**We will count on you to**:
- Strategically manage the overall claims process with the employer
- Assist in early intervention/absence management strategies with employers and liaising with recovery
- Case manage the claims process within SLA targets
- Perform claim payment and claims advocacy validation
- Capture and record underwriting jobs and outcomes for annual review purposes
- Build relationships with clients and insurers to ensure service excellence
- Undertake general member queries
**What you need to have**:
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Life insurance claims experience will be highly regarded
- Thorough knowledge and experience within a similar role
- Tier 1 compliance will be preferred
