The Company

A Tier 1, multinational leader with an outstanding track record of delivering Australia's largest and most critical projects. Guided by experienced industry leaders with proven expertise across multiple sectors, they are currently seeking administration support to join their team on a temporary basis.

The Role

This is a casual temporary contract for someone to start ASAP. It will run for a few weeks, with a likely extension for several months.

* Perform high-volume and accurate data entry, primarily using Excel, ensuring cost control data for the entire project is up to date.
* Assist with maintaining project cost records, tracking and reporting.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met, particularly during peak periods and site closure around the Christmas period.
* Utilize site experience where applicable to ensure data accuracy and context.
* Communicate effectively with management regarding progress, issues, and any required support.

The Candidate

* Basic computer literacy skills
* 1-3 years' experience in an office environment
* Administration and document management practices
* Use of databases
* Able to work autonomously
* Quality and quantity of work is crucial to the smooth running of the operation
