WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO IT
* Experience in a Pub or Tavern environment is great - please only apply if you have prior experience or this is your dream career
* Be a hands-on kind of person that likes getting involved in the action
* Having a 'people personality' goes a long way in this industry
* Be available and flexible and come to work – weekends and public holidays are just another day on the roster for us
* Be able to think and motivate yourself and have a proactive approach to pretty much everything
* Able to embrace a changing environment (and can cope with some loud noises as we continue construction)
