About This Role

As a highly skilled Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the rebuild of our website and broader digital platform. Your primary focus will be on driving requirements gathering, vendor selection, and delivery against a strategic roadmap.

Key to this role is your ability to coordinate across stakeholders, technology partners, and creative agencies to ensure successful execution of this major transformation. You'll also be responsible for managing timelines, vendor selection, and agency engagement for design and delivery.

Collaboration with key stakeholders, including C-suite level and the broader company team, is essential in ensuring strong documentation and clear deliverables aligned to roadmap milestones.

Responsibilities
\
* Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of the website rebuild and digital re-platforming
\
* Facilitate workshops to gather requirements across CMS, CRM, Martech, data warehousing, and platform capabilities
\
* Manage timelines, vendor selection, and agency engagement for design and delivery
\
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including C-suite level and the broader company team
\
* Ensure strong documentation and clear deliverables aligned to roadmap milestones
\
* Drive project accountability and bring a process-driven mindset to an energetic and creative culture
\
* Balance strategic oversight with hands-on coordination across tech and content teams
\
* Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
\
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
\
* Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
\
* Implement process improvements and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
\
* Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders
\
* Develop and maintain project budgets and financial plans
\
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes

Requirements
\
* Strong technical understanding of CMS platforms (ideally Adobe) and media publishing technologies
\
* Experience with requirements gathering and documentation across digital transformation projects
\
* Proven ability to manage vendor selection and third-party agency coordination
\
* Attention to detail and strong accountability for meeting deliverables
\
* Experience in culturally-driven or media/publishing environments
\
* Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and work in an agile, fast-paced setting
\
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\
