Based at our Eagle Farm head office and warehouse, we are a close-knit team dedicated to providing outstanding service and support to our customers and national service network.
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support / Technical Support Officer to manage product enquiries, warranty claims, and service coordination. This role involves communicating with customers and authorised service centres, processing returns and service requests, and assisting with basic product diagnostics and reporting. While technical experience is advantageous, full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently. You will work closely with our internal team, service partners and manufacturer to ensure a high level of service and accurate documentation. This is an on-site role requiring reliability, professionalism and a positive approach to customer support.
