Job Description
The Role
We are currently seeking Assistant Ginners to join the team at a cotton processing facility in Emerald, QLD. This is a great opportunity for individuals with cotton industry experience who are looking to further develop their skills in cotton ginning operations.
This role is physically demanding and will involve working long shifts in hot and dusty environments.

What You'll Do
As an Assistant Ginner, your responsibilities may include:
* Assisting with the operation and monitoring of ginning equipment
* Supporting routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
* Understanding and applying correct processing procedures
* Working across different areas of the gin as required
* Adhering to safety procedures and production targets
* Working long hours during peak processing periods
