Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated team player to support ECU’s Legal and Integrity Team by providing high-quality administrative support for all operations, managing information, and implementing process improvements. The Legal and Integrity team offers advice on legal, compliance, and integrity matters, including dispute resolution, student appeals, complaints, integrity, and internal investigative services.
The Role
This position involves coordinating and assisting with complaints (public and student), investigations related to integrity, staff and student misconduct, the student appeals process, and producing reports that analyze case management and outcomes over time. Administrative responsibilities are crucial to maintaining student and staff integrity at the University.
This role will also support the development and production of reports that provide insights from case management and analyze outcomes over time.
